Types of Trade Show Displays That You Can Use

A trade shows is an important marketing event for any company as it gives a chance to approach potential customers and increase sales. Pop Up Display Booth

Table Top Displays

Table top displays usually consist of a metallic framework that is collapsible and fitted into a small carry bag. They also have graphic panels that can be attached to the main framework with the help of magnets, Velcro or mechanical fasteners. The advantage of this type of display is that it is very easy to transport and set up and does not require much manual effort. They are designed to be set up on tables, which are usually provided by the organizers of the trade show.

Modular Displays

Usually bigger in size, they consist of a metal frame or a fabric panel construction that takes up the entire allotted space. It is lightweight, weighing about 60 percent lesser than usual exhibits. The components can easily be transported and reconfigured for another trade show. The advantage of this type of exhibit is that it is versatile and can be customized to look different for other shows.

Pop-Up Displays

Also called a Pull-Up or Portable display, it consists of a flexible graphic panel made of fabric or other artificial material. This panel rests on a spring based roller on which the graphic panel can be wound down for storage. The graphic can be pulled up and held in place with the help of a built in support. They come in three different varieties – curved, straight and custom. The benefit of this type of displays is that they are lightweight, portable and can be set up easily.

Custom Displays

These are displays which are designed and created according to the requirements and specifications given by the exhibitor. It is a combination of various display components, ideas and fabrics that reflect the company’s goals. Custom displays can be either created by the company’s internal design team or by hired professionals. The components in these displays usually include wall panels that create separate rooms, stages, metal structures, work stations, etc.

Now that you know of the various types of trade show displays available to you, you can choose one that will best highlight your company and its products. If you have adequate funds then custom displays are the best choice as they will make sure that your booth stands out from the rest.
